GUARD YOUR HEART
He Who Has Ears Let Him Hear - Part 3
TGP - 17th January 2021

In the parable of the sower, when we look at all the scenarios we learn that the seed was the same, the sower was the same, only the soil was different. Therefore, like the soil, it is crucial that we ensure that our hearts are in good condition so that we may yield the best outcomes of what God sows into our lives. We determine the condition of our hearts.

How to add more - not to go on a performance race, but to finally live out our destiny in Christ and become partakers of His divine nature. God's divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness.

YOKED TO BE FREE
How Christians change the world.
TGP - 30 June, 2019
by Cecile Mohammed

Our lifestyles today often leave us stressed, caught up in the busyness epidemic, and constantly distracted by information overload. Jesus' words in Matthew 11:28, "Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest" beckon to us like a pinpoint of light on a dark night. How do we receive His promise of rest? Have you ever wondered what Jesus meant when He said, immediately after this wonderful promise, "Take My yoke upon you"? Explore this passage and think about how your life can be more abundant, full of joy and purpose, even in the midst of stressors and difficult times. And consider the great cloud of witnesses who surround us - fellow believers throughout history - ordinary Christians who changed the world for the better because of their faith. Humanists and skeptics are busy re-writing history to erase the impact of Christianity on this world, but the historical record is undeniable. Find out about these great men and women, some of them little known, and be inspired to live out your part in God's story.

GOD'S WORD - THE ONLY SURE FOUNDATION
TGP - 31 March, 2019

Young people today want their lives to matter. They also don’t want a blind and shallow faith. They want a faith that is robust and able to tackle the tough questions.
THE FAITHFILLED RELATIONSHIP
TGP - 10 March, 2019
1 Corinthians 7:28 tell us that "those who marry will face many troubles in this life"… But a marriage "having trouble" doesn't mean that your "marriage is in trouble".
If you are frustrated with the state of your relationship, first examine your expectations… and then prayerfully, seek God and see what He is trying to do in you… perhaps He is trying to humble you… make you more selfless… make you more like Him? Then try to respond more lovingly and respectfully like He commands us to (Eph. 5:33)… and watch what happens.

It is possible that it is not your marriage that is in crisis, but perhaps your faith is. If your faith is in tact, and you believe what God's word says, and your actions are consistent with your belief, you faith-filled marriage should be very rewarding.
THE ATTRIBUTES OF GOD - Part 1
TGP - 13 January, 2019
An incommunicable attribute is a characteristic or quality that cannot be shared or transferred to another person. For example, God is omniscient. Man is not. God cannot communicate certain characteristics of His being to the creatures He has made.

A communicable attribute is an attribute that can be shared or transferred from one person to another. For example, God is love and loves man. Man can also love. In this sense both God and man know and experience Love, albeit on a creaturely level.
FAITH AND WORK - YOUR WORK MATTERS TO GOD
TGP - 28 October, 2018
Our primary calling as followers of Christ is by him, to him and for him. First and foremost we are called to Someone (God), not to something (such as motherhood, politics or teaching) or to somewhere (such as the inner city or Mongolia).

Our secondary calling: considering who God is as sovereign, is that everyone, everywhere and in everything should think, speak, live and act entirely for him. We can therefore properly say as a matter of secondary calling that we are called to homemaking or to practice law or to art history. See more.
